Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Bujji Ai Chrome extension ("the extension"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

Description of Service

Bujji Ai is a browser extension that enhances WhatsApp Web with privacy controls, AI-powered automation, CRM tools, and payment gateway integration. It is a productivity tool and is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

Acceptable Use

• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
• You must not use the extension for spam, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• You must not reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the extension without authorization.
• You must not use the extension to violate WhatsApp's Terms of Service.

User Accounts

You may need to create an account via Firebase Authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium features require an active subscription.
• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store payment information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime from the extension settings.
• Refunds are handled per Razorpay's refund policy. Contact support@bujjiai.com for assistance.

Limitation of Liability

Bujji Ai is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the extension, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or WhatsApp account restrictions.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
